BUILDING SERVICES DESIGN
A dynamic multi-disciplinary consultancy delivering quality professional expertise across a diverse range of sectors. Our history has been to support MEP design and delivery from RIBA Stages 4 to 5, with both mechanical and electrical contractors, but our services are also employed by developers and PCSA contractors from Stage 2. We believe this makes us unique and our major strengths we can bring to our clients are: A proactive, collaborative and ‘hands-on’ approach to our service and engagement with Stakeholders and multi-disciplinary design teams.​​


Our initial service provision focused upon Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) design and project management. Since this time, the MEP team has expanded to include energy consultants, CAD/Revit technicians and commissioning management.
