OUR ACCREDITATIONS
John Francis have been providing services to the industry since 2018, but have prior knowledge and experience exceeding 15 years by our directors.
Daniel Johncock, the founder of John Francis, started the consultancy in 2018, to provide sustainable building services solutions of the highest quality and standard.
We take pride in our ability to deliver a leading service whilst still being able to adapt to the individual needs of our clients or projects. With a mix of site experience covering management, design and installation, we can operate at any level within a project team and hierarchy. We provide various levels of technical service support, from small main contractor companies to large clients such as education facilities and local authority councils.
The consultancy has worked with a number of reputable clients and MEP contractors since its launch and grown through a combination of repeat business and client recommendations.
To demonstrate our high standards of quality and technical delivery, we have achieved a number of key accreditations and memberships. This shows our clients and supply chain partners that we work to legal and industry best practice standards verified by external experts.
These accreditations and memberships are relevant to our specific business operations, and we work closely with prospective and current clients to explore and consider additional industry verifications where required.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The John Francis team are passionate about giving back to the local community, our industry and those who do not always have access to the same growth opportunities many of us are lucky to have.
Our CSR strategy delivers value across a number of key areas:
Community
*Community - We support a number of local community organisations through volunteering our time and knowledge. In our own time a number of the team are heavily involved with Dartford Valley Rugby Club which is a matter of minutes from our Head Office.
Charity
*Charity - Our efforts are mainly focussed on We Are Beams that support disabled children, young people and their families, and Ellenor is a specialist palliative care provider for adults and children. We support these charities through dontions of time, money and promotionss of their fundraisinginitiatives.
Education
*Education - We are pround to be a part of the City & Guilds employer industry board for engineering and manufacturing, with our team most recently provising industry input into the development of the new T-Level qualifications. We regularly have a prescence at careers fairs and one of our senior team is an Enterprise Advisor providing strategic support to a local SEND school.

*Giving Back to the Industry - We participate in industry events and use our experience and passion to promote our specialisms, shape the industry and encourage others to join our professions and the workforce of the future
